Numbered 793 to 800 inclusive were approved.
Motion prevailed that the application of Fred C Porter, for
a position in the fire department be placed on file.

Motion prevailed that anit ordinace be drawn placing the Supt.
of the Electrical department on the Electrical Dept. pay roll
at a yearly salary of Twenty One Hundred Dollars( 2,1)0.00) and
presented to the Common Council at they next regular meeting.
Motion prevailed that an ordinace be drawn for Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) for the Police Miscellaneous Fund. and presented
to the Common Council at they next regular meeting.

Motion prevailed that the application of J. A. Kostielney, for
a position in the Fire Department be placed on file.
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT:- REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED.
Numbers 236 to 243 inclusive were approved.
Supt. Qu &ls, presented .weekly report for the week, ending July,
31r; 1924.
WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTLENT;-
Reed I. Hawthorne, presented weekly report for the week ending
Aug. 1st. 1924.
Motion prevailed that Mr. Hawthorne, is to receive Sixty Dollars
( X60.00) per month for the use of his car begining Aug.lst. 1924.

Motion prevailed that A. B. Tholander be granted a n additional
