January 25th. 1924. POLICE DEPARTMENT : - Motion prevailed that Chief Lane, is authori7,ed to purchase four (4).horses at an average cost not to exceed two hundred ($200.00) each. Motion prevailed that trial installation be made of the four corner automatic signal manufactured by the Klug & Smith co. Of Milwaukee, Wis. at the corner of Washington Ave. & LaFayette _ St.,on a 60 Day trial Installation expenses to be.borne by the city!,, Motion prevailed that the application of Arthur J.
