Beaning as suet. of the Electrical Supt. be accepted same to take effect Jan. 21st. 1924 and that he be gran$ed a leave of absence from the'Police Department for six (6) months. Motion prevailed that the bond `of the Game.well Fire Alarm Telegraph Co., as principal for Eighty four thousand nine hundred dollars.($84,900.00) for furnishing and installing improvements & extensions of the Fire alarm & Police Signal system of this City the National Sutety Co., as surety was approved. Motion prevailed that the resigination of Karl R. Smith, as a member of the Police Force was accepted same taking effect January 16th. 1924. Motion prevailed that an order be given to the Klug & Smith Co. of Milwaukee, 'Nis. for three (3) Automatic Traffic Signals at a cost of four hundred-and fifty ($450.00) each., same to be shipped as soon as possible. Motion prevailed that the following application for positions in the Police Department be accepted and placed. on file, Wm.W. Taylor,• Melvin J. Dellinger, Earl Stacher, , Riley W.
