Motion prevailed that Joseph L.avitt, who passed the physical
examination to become a member of the Police Department, is to
begin duty as soon as possible. He wa.s-,.uot passed by the pension
Board.

Motion prevailed that the Bonds of One Thousand Dollars (41,000.00
each given by Officers Guy. M. tNilliams and Claude E. Brooks, and the
National Surety Co. as Surety, were approved.
Motion prevailed that the application of Harold Garmann, for
a position innthe Police Department be placed on file'.
Mr. Ira. C.. Hite, appeared before the Board and was questioned
regarding his application for a position in the Police Department,
and Motion prevailed that he be requested to take the Physical.
examination.
