Minutes of previous meeting were Lead and approved.
Chief Sibrel presented A written report requesting the
addition of 12 more men for the pumper companies which was ordered
placed on file.

Motion prevailed that the application of Russell D. Brown,
and Frank G. Hartwick, for positions in the Police Department
we ordered placed on file.
The Estimate of Expenses or Budget for the year of 1923.
asking for an appropriation of ?425,195.00 for this department
was approved and signed by the members of the Board.
