2007 South Bend Common Council
The March 29, 2007 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was
called to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 4:30 p.m. in the
Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Dieter, Kirsits, Rouse, White,
Varner and Puzzello; Mayor Stephen Luecke, City Attorney Charles Leone, City
Controller M. Catherine Fanello, Deputy Prosecutor Mark Raule, and Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney.
Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called for the
purpose of continuing the discussion of strategy with respect to passible initiation
of litigation, and read the Notice dated March 27, 2007 (copy attached)
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the March 27, 2007 "Notice of Executive Session" which
was duly posted and called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 {b}{2}(B),
which addresses the discussion of strategy with respect to possible initiation of
litigation.
Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 5:17 p.m.
