Mr. Dachel of the Dachel- Carter Shipbuilding Co., of Benton Harbor, ,I:Zich appeared beforethe Board and discussed the building of a motor boat for the police department, and submitted blue prints of same but no action was taken . but his ;proposition was taken un- advisement .
