Motion prevailed that applications from'John Guzicki,
Ernest G. °immerman, Walter P.uszkowski, Alex Arch, and 11.1iss
Kathern Schafer, and J. Edward'Wygant for positions in the
Police department were ordered placed on file.
Motion prevailed that the resigination of Anthony A.
Sabernick as a member of the police department be accepted.
Motion prevailed that Chief Lane make application to
International Assn of Chiefs of Police and the National Bureau
of Criminal Indentification Association.
Officer John W. Vernon anneared before the Board and
was auestioned relative to how the accident happened which resulted
in the loss of part of the first finger off of his left hand.
which meet with the approval of the Board and Doctor bill for same
was ordered to be -paid by this Department.
Communications were received ffom James A. Hall Prop.
The Winter Garden" E. R. ffoltmann's Orchestras. Chas C. Gates,
And A. B. Sworths all being ordered placed on file.
