All menibers being present.
Special meeting ,:as called by order of President "J. 0. Davies,
to consider appointment of 0aptain of Detectives and also of
three Sergeants of Police of the - Department.
Motion was made by Commissioner Dan - � , yle, that :Detective
Horace iii. Hamilton be promoted to rank of Captain of . Detectives and to
have charge of the Detective 73ureau of the local Police Force, vrhich
motion was duly seconded by Commissioner Clement S. Smogor. Motion
carried. °
