FRIDAY, September 16th, 1921. Office Board of Public
Spfety. Meeting called to order at 5 P.M. All members being
present.
Regularsbills presented and approved.
Minutes of Previous meeting �FTRF[nted and approved.
Chief Sibrel - presented bills were allowed.
Petition of Henry Edward Witkowski for position Rs
fireman was presented and ordered placed on file.
Motion prevailed that bids be advertised for 1-
500 gallon pumper and one service truck,.to be constructed as
per specifications on file in the Board-- Office, bids to be
opened September 30th, 1921.
Bills of Police and Electrical Department.were
pr sented and allowed.
Motion prevailed that the claim of Ben Sousley
for damages claimed of $112.65 account of collission with police
patrol with his motorcycle be compromised sand agreement was made
with 11r.Sousley that the Board ps.y 75.00 of said claim and that
he the said Mr. Sousley stand for payment of balance of bill, which
was satisfactory to him in full settlement for all damages incurred.
Motion prevailed to adjourn. A

for position of a fireman be placed on file.
