Minutes of -previous meeting were read and w)proved. Rpnuisitions arproved. 1202-- re-pairs 1203-- repairs 1204-- supplies. RpRulars bill -presented and allowed. Avolia.,ations of 0. E. Cooper and Henry Sherman for fireman were -placed on file: Chief Sibrel filed charges against Dave Fearkes for villating Rules 12 & 35 of the Tire Department, being absent from duty without permission, failed to report for duty on morning of September 6th, 1921, appearing at the Chief's Office on the afternoon of Sept. 6th. Dave Fearkes was called before the Board and questioned and after consideration by the Board of the charges preferred, Motion prevailed that said -Firemqn Dave Fearkes be found guilty and fined 3 days pay to be paid over to the PensionFund and that he be ordered to pay for substitute for time he was on duty. Following renuisitions were presented by Supt. Beaning and approved. 261-- salaries for the first half of Sept. 1921. 262-- gasoline 170 gal. 263-- one gallon of red enAmel fire box paint. 264-- 120 gallon of gasoline 265-- 1000 vouchers. Petition of Arthur F. Peterson for re-instatement to the Police department was received and placed on file. "ir. Oscar Emberlin of 1015 W. Dubail Avenue appeared before the board and complained that the Police Motorcycle operated by 'Motorcycle Policeman Lucius La. Fortune h-1,1 with his Ford m.P,chine qnd ruined a tire and tube. Mr. Emberl-in was instruoted to get bills ret-eived by him from the com-oclIny that he bought hit,- new oqsing qna tube from and. nresent the wnme to the Board for further consideration.
