Minutes of previous meeting was read and approved. Following renuisitions presented by Chief Sibrel And. Approved: -- 1182-- simplies and repp.irs 1183 -- supplies 1.184 -- supplis and repA.irs. 1_185 And 1186 both for repairs 1187 -- supplies 1188 -- pAy roll for first half of Sprtemb er 1189 -- pay roll for last half of SQrtember 1190 -- repairs and supplies 1191 and 1192 -- both for supplies and repairs 1193 -- supplies 1194-- supplies and repairs 1195 -- gas and arc 1196 -- light rower 1197 -- supplies 1198 -- supplies 1199 -- hardware supplies 1200 -- supplies 1201 -- hardware supplies. Motion prevailed that 2 City Directories be orderedfor use by the Fire Department from R. N. Polk & Go., of Detroit, Mich. at a cost of 8 each. Motion prevailed that petition of Harvey F. Shenenberger for firemA.n be placed on file. Supt.Beaning presented report of work done by his department during week ending. August 31st, 1921. Regular bills were presented and allowed. Supt. B. B. Miller of the Weights and Measures 1�Arartment presented his report of work done during month of August, 1921. Motion prevailed that petition of Elmer Lee McCasson for appointment as policemA.n be placed on file Motion prevailed that 90 Corley's street guides be ordered for use by the Police Department at a cost of 30J each. Mr. Benjamin Sousley of 1817 S. 'Carroll St., appeared before the Board relative to damages received by his motorcycle to the amount of $112.68 in collission with the police patrol at Jefferson and Main Sts., on August 5th, 1921 at about 4 :14 P.M., Motion prevailed that Commissioner Kyser be delegated to ascertain as to extent of damages to said motorcycle and make a report to the Board at its next meeting.
