Sn£ety. Meeting called to order at 5 P.M. All members being present.
Minutes presented and approved of previous meeting.
Chief bibrel presented his annual report which was read
and placed on file, covering work done by the Fire Department for the
year 1920.
Regular bills were presented and allowed.
Motion prevailed to present an ordinance to the Common
Council asking, for the appointment of ten additional policemen to the
police force and covering appropriation to pay for their salaries.
Chief Kline reported that the following men were working
as special policemen having began duty on Denember 22nd, 1920;- -
No L.Pinkerton, John Stineburg, J. L. De Lnncey, Fred E.
Bulhand, Leo J. Cwiklinski, Al R. Syphers, Leonard Rhodes, 1,1.qthew
durjzzpk and Martin r3uczkowski.
Motion prevailed that the resignation of Steve Aszklar as
a police officer to take effect at once be accepted and placed on file.
Officers No L. Pinkerton and Al. R. Syphers, were called

P member of the Police Force to begin duty on JR.nupry 17, 19219
Chief K?_in(-, re- ported that on the night of Jnnunry 10th,
1921 qt 8.47 P.M. Snenlnl notice officer Fred. E. Bulh {end was shot and
killed while on duty, by some unknown mAn whom he Was »inning under
Arrest.
