BUILDING FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AND TRANSFERRING THE

Dear Mr. Kelly,
I am attaching the above-referenced ordinance for filing. The
State Board of Accounts has advised the City Controller that there
exists no need to maintain as separate funds the Abandoned Vehicle
Fund and the Unsafe Building Fund, and has recommended that these
funds be closed. The attached ordinance closes these funds and
transfers their respective balances to the General Fund of the City
of South Bend.
Your favorable consideration is respectfully requested.
Sincerely,
~~
