SPECIAL MEETING MAY 3, 1978
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 1978 by President Patrick M.
McMahon,. with Mr. McMahon .and Mr. Mullen present.
Mr. McMahon explained that the purpose of the special meeting
was to receive--a request.to advertise for a public hearing on
a revenue sharing appropriation. Notice of the special meeting
was posted on .Monday, May 1.
Mr. Mullen made a motion that the Board approve advertising for
a public hearing on a revenue sharing request in the amount of
$175,000 for Parking Garage Refinancing, with the hearing to be
held.on Monday, May 15, 1978 at 9:30 a.m..at the regular meeting
of the Board. Mr. McMahon seconded the motion and it carried.
Mr. McMahon made -a motion that the special.meeting be adjourned.
Mr. Mullen seconded the motion and it carried and the meeting
adjourned at 10 :33 a.m.
