APRIL 19, 1978
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 1978 by Chairman Pro -Tem
Peter H. Mullen, with Mr. Mullen and Mr. Brunner in attendance.
Mr. Mullen explained that the special meeting was convened in order
to approve advertising for a public hearing on a revenue sharing
request. The item and amount to be requested :i,s as follows:
STREET DEPARTMENT VEHICLES $136,500.00
Mr. Mullen made a motion that the Board approve advertising for
a public hearing on the revenue sharing appropriation request,
with the hearing to be scheduled for Monday, May 1, 1978 at 9:30 a.m.
at the regular meeting of the Board. Mr. Brunner seconded the
motion and it carried.
There being no further business to come before the special meeting,
upon motion made by Mr. Brunner, seconded by; and
carried, the meeting adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
