Staff Update:
On October l 5, 2010 Redevelopment Commission approved the work to repair the LaSalle Hotel
roof not to exceed $6,000.
Staff provided one quote. In an effort to make sure the lowest quote is received for the work needed,
Redevelopment Commission requested staff obtain two (2) more quotes.
Staff has obtained two additional quotes, please find a listing of the following.
KRC Roofing, South Bend, IN: $9,900.00
City Roofing, Elkhart, IN: $5,500.00
Horns & Sons Roofing: Bourbon, IN: $2,170.00
Horns & Sons is the lowest quote, and they have assured staff that they have quoted the price for all
the repair work requested.
Due to the weather, work will commence immediately.
