SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 9, 1979
A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
3:30 p.m, on Monday, July 9, 1979 by Chairman Pro -Tem Peter H.
Mullen, with Mr. Mullen and Mr, Brunner present and Mr, McMahon
absent.
AWARDING OF BID - PERMANENT EXHIBITS AT DISCOVERY HALL MUSEUM
Richard Welch, Director of Discovery Hall Museum, submitted to the
Board his report that the bids received for the construction of
Permanent Exhibits at Discovery Hall Museum had been reviewed.
He recommended acceptance of the low bid of Lynch Exhibits of
Pennsauken, New Jersey of $150,000.00. Upon motion made by
Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr, Brunner and carried,'.the recommendation
was approved and the bid accepted, subject to approval of the
funding.
There being no further business
motion made by Mr. Mullen,
the meeting adjourned at 3:
