EMERGENCY MEETING MAY 1, 1979
An Emergency Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened
at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 1979 by President Patrick 14.
McMahon, with Mr. McMahon and Mr. Mullen present.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider an application from
Liz Gilbert, 1265 Kinyon Street, to operate a booth on River
Bend Plaza on Saturday, May 5, 1979 from 10:00 a.m, to 4:00 p.m.
The booth will be used to distribute nuclear plant moratorium
information and will be located in the Robertson's block.
The application was submitted to the Board by Michele Dobski,
Director, River Bend Plaza. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon,
seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the application was approved.
