Chief Dutrieux requests permission to send his 5 man Pistol team to attend the Flamingo Open Pistol Championship to be held in Miama, Florida on the 10th, 11th -, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th days of March, 1957. Permission granted. The Board heveby approves the appointment of the following applicants to the Fire De- partment of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Donald Lukasiewicz James Rybak The abovenamed having passed all necessary examinations and also having passed physical examinations by both the City Doctor and Pension Doctor, their appointment to the Fire Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana shall become effective on the 4th day of Eebruary, 1957.
