Proof of publication having appeared in the South Bend Tribune with an affidavit signed by C. G. Livengood and in the Record with an affidavit signed by W. DeCanio on the 30th day of November and the 7th day of December, 1956 was sub- mitted to the Board and found sufficient. Also, the Clerk of the Board is authorized to advertise for a 1957 4 -Door Sedan and also automobile fire apparatus for the Fire Department as per the specifications as submitted to the Board by the Fire Chief.
