Fire Chief Alex requests permission to send the following men to Purdue State Fire School on the 11, 12, 13, and 14 days of September, 1956: Captains Gish, Hoffman, and Carlson; Chiefs Alex, Doran, Regard, and Ledderer; Lieutenants Copeland and Filchak; and Joseph Daly. At this special meeting of�the Board of Public Safety, Nicholas Horvath is hereby ppointed,to succeed Ira Hunsberger to the position of Superintendent of the Electrical epartment. This appointment to be effective September 16, 1956.
