Applications for the Police Auxiliary School Patrol were examined and placed
on file for Betty Jean Taulbee, Lettie Mae Davis, and Virginia Nancy Kline.
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
Ira Hunsberger, Superintendent of the Electrical Department, recommends the
installation of a 4000 lumen light at the alley intersection of the 700 block of Lind-
sey Street.
A petition for street lights on Barbie Street, center of block between Addison
Street and Fellows Street; . "'Terri Street, center of block between 'F-eI- I:-Ovs<-8t:d Ad:d3'son
Streets; and Robin Hood Court, center of block between Barbie and South Michigan Street.
Also, the 300 block McPherson Street from Napiet Street to Western Avenue by the con-
struction of street light at alley intersection, west side, 317 McPherson Street. All
petition are hereby referred to the Electrical Department for further investigation and
recommendation.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was ad-
journed at 10:40 A.M. (DST).

Electrical Department"
Ira Hunsberger, Superintendent of the Electrical Department, recommends the
following light installations: 4000 lumen light at Fellows & Farneman..Streets.
Also at the following locations, Barbie and Teri Streets between Fellows and
Addison Streets, Robin Hood Court between Michigan and Barbie Streets, and on Mc-
Pherson Street between Western Avenue and Napier Street. The Board now approves
the recommendation of the Electrical Superintendent.
FIRE DEPARTMENT
Applications for the Fire Department were examined and placed on file for
Edward Charles Lower and Michael Emery Keszei.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
Applications for the Police Department were examined and placed on file for
Ronald Lewis Claxton.
The monthly report of the Police Department for the month of August, 1956
was accepted and placed on file.
There being no further business to come before the Boar , the meeting was ad-
journed at 10:25 A.M. (DST).
