LTTEST: :HAIRMAN SPECIAL MEETING MAY 17, 1956 A special meeting'of the Board of Public Safety was held on Thursday, May 17, it 11:30 A.M. (DST). All members were present. The Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension Fund submitted to the Board a etition for a service pension from the Firemen's Pension Fund for Henry Fred Brandley. he Board now accepts and approves the petition and payment of said pension shall be- ome effective as of June 11 1956. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was ad- iourned at 11:45 A.M. (DST). Ziegler 15.00 ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT In keeping in line with the uniform lighting plan of Mayor Voorde for the City of South Bend, Indiana, Ira Hunsberger recommends that a 4000 lumen light be installed at the following locations: Johnson and Parallel Streets, Brookfield and Parallel Streets, Jackson and Parallel Streets, 822 Cleveland Avenue, and between 1138 and 1142 East Fox Street.
