Duck, being present, reported to the Board that the Chicago Motor Club had directed the Hamilton Body Shop to proceed with the repairs on the Chief's car which was damaged in an accident under date of June 14th. Captaints and Lieutenantts Daily Report was examined and ordered placed on file. POLICE DEPART1,7E11T: Application of Rosemary Smith for Police Auxiliary Patrol was examined and ordered placed on file. Police Department Report for the month of May 1953 was examined and ordered filed. ELECTRICAL DEPARTIViNT: A petition, signed by twelve property owners, asking for the erection of street lights at the following intersections, was examined by the Board and referred to 'Mr. Hunsberger for investigation and report. Varsity Drive and E. Colfax Avenue Holiday Drive and East Colfax Avenue Holiday Drive and East tffilson Street. i There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 11 :15 A. 14.
