The September 13, 2010 meeting of the Community Relations Committee of the South Bend
Common Council was called to order by its Chairperson Councilmember Henry Davis, Jr. at 3:50
p.m., in the Informal Meeting Room, 4t" Floor County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South
Bend, Indiana
Committee Members Present: Henry Davis, Jr., Karen White, David Varner, Ann Puzzello
Other Council Present: Derek Dieter, Tom LaFountain, Oliver Davis, Tim Rouse,
AI Kirsits
Others Present: Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Rita Kopala, Mayor Stephen Luecke
Agenda: Eddy St. Commons -Update -Greg Hakanen, Director Asset
Management & Real Estate
Chairperson Henry Davis announced that he has received correspondence from Greg Hakanen
asking his presentation be rescheduled due to his scheduling conflict. Chairperson Davis said he
would coordinate a future date.
There being no further business to come before the Committee at this time, Chairperson Henry
Davis adjourned the meeting at 3:51 p.m.
