The purposes of this Special Council Meeting are to have Public Hearing and Second
and Third Readings on Bill No. 56-10 Fixing the Maximum Annual Pay and Monetary
Fringe Benefits of Police Officers; Bill No. 57-10 - Fixing the Maximum Annual Pay and
Monetary Fringe Benefits of Firefighters; Bill No. 58-10 - Fixing the Maximum Wages of
Teamster Employees; Bill No. 59-10 - Fixing Maximum Salaries and Wages of Appointed
Officers and Non-Bargaining Employees, plus Third Reading on Substitute Bill 52-10
Levying Taxes and Fixing the Rate of Taxation for the Fiscal Year ending December 31,
2011.
