Inks with Board Member Carl. P'. Littrell present. Board. President Gary A. Gilot was absent. He informed the Board that floe latter rnistakcnly stated the quotes were due at 9:30 so the Board would need to adjourn and reconvene at 9:30. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, 4vliich carried, and Elie meeting a•ecessed at 8:32 a.m. RECC3NVENED CLAIMS I~.EVIEW MEETING JULY 19, 2010 Upon a motion by Mr. Giiot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Board of Works Claims Review Meeting reconvened at r3:30 a.t~a1. with. Boaz`d President Gary Gi1ot and Board Members Donald Inks and Carl Littrell present. Board Attorney Cheryl Greene was also present. Board Attorney Cheryl Greene stated this is a unit price quote and will be awarded based on the unit prices. Tlie Board noted a significant difference in the per linear foot prices. and advised the Engineers review to determine if the amounts are a misunderstanding of the quote sheet. "Therefore, upon a motion made lay Mr. Gilat, seconded by Mr. Inks artd carried, the above Quotations were referred to Engineering for r-evicw and recan~tt-nendation, There being no further business to come before the Board, IVIr.
