Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
2010
The September 13, 2010 Executive Session of the South Bend Common
Council was called to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 6:30 p.m. in
the Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Kirsits, Varner,
Puzzello, Dieter, Henry Davis, Jr., Oliver J. Davis, White and LaFountain; and
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's Agent
Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to
the September 9, 2010 Notice of Executive Session for the purpose of discussing
strategy with regard to collective bargaining relative to Police and Fire
negotiations authorized pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(A). No
bargaining adversaries were involved in such strategy discussions.
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the September 9, 2010 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:50 p.m.
