An EXECUTIVE SESSION solely for the Members of the South Bend Common
Council and their Agent will be held immediately follo_w_ nq the,,,conclusian
of #be 4.30 .m. Personnel and Finance Committee Meetin on Mandan.
September 1,3, 2010, in the Council Informal Meeting Room 4 Floor Counfy-
City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.b-
6.1(b)(2)(A) and shall be held far the discussion of strategy with regard to
coilective bargaining relative to Police and Fire Negotiations. No bargaining
adversaries will be involved in such strategy discussions.
