An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
5:30p~=on Wednesda Se terr~ber 8 2Q10 in the Council Informal Meeting
Room 4 Floor County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2j(A} and shall be held for the discussion of strategy with regard to
collective bargaining with the represen#atives of the South Bend Police
Department and the South Bend Fire Department. No bargaining adversaries will
be involved in such strategy discussions.
