PERSONNEL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 22, 210
Karen White, Vice-Chairperson, Personnel and Finance Committee called the meeting to
order at 3:15 p.m.
Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis, David Varner
Other Council Present: Derek Dieter, Ann Puzzello, Timothy Rouse
Others Present: Chief Boykins, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Rita Kopala,
Agenda: Bill No. Z 0-08 -Scrap Metal/Recycling License Issuance
Due to the absence of Committee Chair Tom LaFountain the Vice-Chair Karen White
called upon the City Clerk to present Bill No. 10-08. The Clerk indicated the bill
requested Council approval of 6 scrap/junkyard licenses. He stated the applications had
been approved by all necessary departments in a timely manner.
There being na questions, David Varner moved, Oliver Davis seconded and all agreed to
send the bill to full Council with a favorable recommendation.
There being no other business, Vice-Chairperson White adjourned the meeting at 3:20
p.m.
