Rodriguez and Amelia Rodriguez Owners , residing at 1901 W. Indiana Avenue, South Bend, IN 46613. 1. Owner has entered into an agreement with City of South Bend- Redevelopment Commission dated August 20, 2010 for a Home Improvement Loan in the amount of Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty (~2 650.00) to be used for the sole purpose of rehabilitating the premises commonly known as 1901 W.
