The sum of $86,975 is hereby appropriated within Fund 404 for facade matching grant costs. SECTION II. These funds were originally under contract to the Corporation for Entrepreneurial Development. It was determined that the CED no longer had staffing sufficient to administer the program, so the funds have been returned to the City. The City wishes to continue the program.
