The sum of $20,300.00 is hereby funded from CDBG Program Income received to accounts within Fund 212 as set forth below: Increase the following: Amount 2006 South Bend Heritage Foundation, Inc. Administration 12,700 2006 Near Northwest Neighborhood Administration 7,600 Total $20,300 SECTION II. KENDALL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR June 30, 2006 Mr. Timothy Rouse, President South Bend Common Council Fourth Floor Council Chambers 400 County-City Building South Bend, IN 46601 Dear Mr. Rouse, The attached bill for your consideration and approval will provide at additional $20,300 in CDBG Program Income funds for administration activities. These funds were reduced in our origina12006 allocations because of the reduction of CDBG entitlement funds. The proposed additional funding is to increase the administration budgets for South Bend Heritage and Near Northwest Neighborhood to 2005 levels. Program income has been received from the repayment of old CDBG loans at a higher level than expected in 2006. This allocation of funds, was made public June 23, 2006 fora 30-day public comment period. The allocation will also be the subject of 1 public hearing on July S, 2006.
