SPECIAL MEETING/EXECUTIVE SESSION JULY 11.2005
An Executive Session of the Board of the South Bend Common Council was held on Monday, July
11, 2005 in the South Bend Common Council Informal Meeting Room, 4`" Floor, County City
Building, South bend, Indiana, pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) for the purpose of
discussing a strategy in regard to collective bargaining with the representatives of the Police
Department. There was not a quorum of the Board of Public Safety.
