Chairperson Oliver Davis explained that he had scheduled this meeting to allow Sandy Seanor,
Director of MACOG, the opportunity to present an informational update about the activities of the
Michiana Area Council of Governments. Sandy provided a 25 page handout describing the
formation, mission, method, funding and recent accomplishments of MACOG. Assisting her was
James Trunwald also from MACOG. Also provided for Council were three additional handouts
describing regional bicycle facilities maps, bike safety and the interurban trolley. (See attached)
After brief discussion, Chairperson Oliver Davis introduced two summer interns working for the
Council. They are Meggie Campbell and Laura Dolder, both students at St. Mary's College.
There bein no further business to come before the committee at this time, Chairperson Oliver
Davis Mourned t ommittee at 5:00 p.m.
