RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
5:30 p.m. on Mnnda~. Mai 17. 2010, in the Council Informal Meeting Room 4t~
Floor County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(A) and shall be held for the discussion of strategy with regard to
collective bargaining with the representatives of the South Bend Police
Department, South. Bend Fire Department and Teamsters.
