Chairperson Timothy Rouse, called the Community and Economic Development
Committee meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

Agenda: Bill No. 10-15 -Amendment to the Airport Economic Development Area

Chairperson Rouse informed the Council that a request to continue the bill until the next
meeting on April 26, 2010 had been filed. Councilmember White made a motion to
continue this bill until the Apri126, 2010 meeting of the Council. Councilmember
Puzzello seconded and all agreed.
Miscellaneous matters
Under this portion of the agenda Councilmember White raised again the issued of the
cost of the Re-Store project and use of TIF dollars in general. Given the City request to
continue Bill 10-15, Chairperson Rouse called for a special meeting of the Community
and Economic Development Committee. It would be the second meeting of his
committee to examine and evaluate ways by which the Council could play a more
significant role in setting Redevelopment Commission strategies and priorities for
development. The meeting is set for Thursday, Apri122, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council
Informal Meeting Room.
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, Chairperson
Rouse adjourned the meeting at 3:42 p.m.
