Gavin Ferlic Chairperson,Committee This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code§5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) of the Whole for the discussion regarding strategy in relation to pending litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing". Tim Scott Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott,Regina Williams-Preston, First District Sharon McBride,Jo Broden,Dr.David Varner,Oliver Davis,Karen White,Gavin Ferlic and Regina Williams-Preston John Voorde. Second District This is to certify that only the subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that contained in the March 22nd 2018"Notice"which lists the agenda item"Council discussion Sharon L. McBride on wiretapping case".
