Dr Basslar appeared with H. E. Goheen of Burke Plumbing Co.and
discussed the matter of tap that was not in proper looation`, when
sewer was put in. The Board called In inspectors John R*ese and L.
Lederer and they said they aks Dr. Bassler about location of tap at
the time they were putting in the sewer and he Sailed to give the m
anti definite location so they ordered tap in front of his property
Board said they saw no reason to take action against Pontarellie to
have him change the location of the tap.
Contract with L. H. Webster Co,
- fox Pipe Sewer on Williem Street
as provided in Improvement Resolution No. 1516. adopted June 17th.,
1925 signed and Construction Bond attached thereto to in the sums of
Eight Hundred Sixty,. -four Dollars. -with the Hartford Accident and Ind
` eo. as Surities, approved Conttraot and bond ordred filed.
Contract with L. H. Webster for PYPs'Sewer on Diagonal Street, as p,.
provided in Improvement Resolution No. 1515. adopted June 17th., 192
signed and construction Bond at.taohed thereto in the sum of $585 00 with Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co. as surety, approvedt Contrao
bond ordred filed.
The following Contracts were awardedt
Conerning the improvement of the roadway of Res* Street from Portage
to Kessler Btvd. also kessler Blvs. for south line of lot 22 Portage
heights addition to the north lien of north westerly corner of lot 3C
in Portage Heights Add, and the north easterly line of lot 5 in said
Addition. with asphalt, asphaltic oonerete, bitulithio, concrete, or
brick in pursuance to Resolution No. 1509 this Board finds that no
petition has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of th
free holders residing on said street to be improved, requesting that
it is imaprovemmied with a different kind of pavement than the kind
hereto fore adopted by the Board of Public Works in its Preliminary
ordret and the City Engineer reports that the Williston Bonst. Co. is
the lowest, and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopts,
by the Board, and the Board find that the williston Const. Co. is the
lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract for -said
improvement to them and ordres that said improvement be made with
Sheet Asphalt using Mexican Asphalt, and all proceedings heretofore
had in this metter are hereby confirmed and ratified,

Of pavement adopted by the Board. and the Board find thatthe
