Hearing has on Resolution for Pavment on Miami Street as provided in
Improvement Resolution No. 1520. No. remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance
filed. The. Board therefor finds that the benefits to property liable to be asses
ed for said improvement are equal Lo the estimated cost of the same,. and said
.resolution is now confirmed. Date for.receiving, opening and considering
se4l,ed proposals, fixed As August 18th., 1925. at 10:00 A. M. Notice thereof orde
red published as required by law.

Improvement Resolution No. 1521. Property owners appeared and remonstrated and a
written remonstrance was filed. after hearing, the Board decides to recind the
resolution,

_Board designates Sheet Asphalt as .the kind of pavement with.wi
which said street is to be Improved, and further action herein
is continued until August loth,41 1925.

The City Engineer having reported on Tabulation of bids preliminary orders were
entered as follows, Improvement, Resolution No. 1509 ,Actian on bids having
been deferred to this date, the. Board now designated Sheet, asphalt as the kind
pavement with which said street is to be improved, And further action herein
is continued until August 10th., 19250'
