Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. L. B. Slaughter absent,,
Hearing had on assessment -roll of awards of°damages StO assessments
of benefits for the vacation' of Graae Street, Ford -Street, and alley east of Arnold
Street under Vacation Resolution No, 62.
In the above matter ca remonstrators appeared � no written remon.

the above rolls filed January 6J925 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved,
and the proceedings closed.

strana'e was filed. The benefits and damages being equal. The Board therefore declares
the above rolls filed May 12th., lj25 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
and the proceedings oiased.

Washington Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1438, Filed June loth., 1925.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
strances were filed. The Board therefore rind that the property assessed in said rolls
filed June loth., 1925 sire benefitted in the ®mounts as shown on said rolls., and the
Board further find, that the asbessment roll filed June loth., 1925 and the Final estima
allowed June loth., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things, ramified,
confirmed and approved." .
