Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that whereas by Resolution adopted October 291,19249 being Condemnation Resolution NO. 9, such proceedings were had for the condemnation of certain real estate for the opening of Webster Street that resulted in the filing of an assessment roll on the 28th. day of January, 19259 which said assessment roll was duly approved on the first day of Febaviry , 1925, and by which said assessment roll certain benefits were filed and determined -as affecting tots -numbered 199 to 207 ineludive, as shown on the RosOrded Plat known as the amended plat of Oliver s Second Addition, and . Whereas the -assessments so made against said lots 199 tb 207 inolusive, were erroneous and should have bean mode against lots.226 to 234 includive in said addition.
