R. under Improvement Resolution•No. 1427, Filed May 2691925, In the above matter .no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed,.- The Board therefore find that the property assessed in .said Pills filed May 19th, 20 and 26th., 1925 are bensfitted in the amount ss shown on said roll* and the Board further, find, that the assessment rolls filed May 20,19thpand 26th.9 1925 and the final estimate allowed May 199Y20th.9 and 26th., 1925 shodd be and the- same are hereby in all things, ratified, onfirmed and approved.
