Hearing had on assessment rolls and Final-estimtes for tho
following improvemeni. ,
pipe sewer on Grace Street from Olive Street to Kaley Street
adder Improvement Resolution No. 1283 filed. may 19th.9 1925,
pipe sewer on Napier Street from Meade Street to alley east of
Kaldy Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1444 Fild May 2091925.

N. J. I & I. R. R, under Taprovement ReBolution•No. 1427. Filed May 26s1925.
In the above matter .no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstraxiee was filed. - The Board therefore find that the property assesaadin ,said
fills Filed May 19ths.20 and 26th.s 1925 are benefitted in the amount a's shown on
said rolls and the Board further, Find, that the assessment rolls filed May 20j9thsn4
26th.9 1925 and the final esLim�aLe allowed May 19s-20th.s and 26th., 1925 sho��.d be and
the -same are hereby in all Lhingss ratified, onfirmed and spprov*d.

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed- Adter hearing, the Board deoiddd that lobe benefits to property
liable to bs assessed for said improvements are equal to Lhe estimated cost of the
same. and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution. Dame for reosiving,.
opening and considering sealed proposals for the construction of said sewer filed as
