Permission granted, to I., W. Staples Q use Leadite in joints of
water mains laid in Streets in Lincoln Manor hddltion under contract and bond
'approved,May`l2th,9 1925. Contr4ctor to Elie $maintenance bond for 1,000.00
to guarantee.-these,joints against leakage and to cover necessary -repairs during
,period of guarantee-.
Minutes of meetings held: Tuesday and Wednesday May 26th. and
27th., 1925 read and approved and Tuesday June 2nd., 1925 read and approved,

Board met in regular session at 7:15 P1M. All members present,.

Hearing had on resolution for grade, curb and walk on Fremont
Street, from Elwood Avenue to Bulla Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 14$
1493.
No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was
filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property liable to be
assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost"of the sama, and
:said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opening and considering
sealed proposals fixed as June 23rd., 1925 at at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof
ordered published as required by law.
Hearing had on resolution for grading of the alley north of
North Shore Drive from IroquoisStreet to Lafayette Street, under Improvement
Resolution No. 1092.
No remonstrators appeared and.no written remonstrance"was film

Contract with The Albert Construction Company for -the asphalt
pavement on Altgeldt Avenue from Marine Street to Miami Street as provided in
Improvement Resolution No. 1460 adopted March 31st,, 1925, signed and con-
str4btion bond in the sum`of $3,541.00 attached 'thereto with the Metropolitan
Casualty Insurance Company of New York, N. Y. as sureties approved. Contract
and bond filed.
Petition received read and placed -an file for Boulevard lights
on Corby Street from St. Louis Blvd. to Eddy Street.
Petition reeeived.and resolution ordered for grading of North
College •Street "from Elgoo'd Avenue to geller Street
