Street, Commissioner ordered to round off corners of intersection of Ford and Walnut Streets under plans toobe made by the City Engineer. New Hyrdraint ordered at the corner of Fassnacht Avenue and Brookfield Street. Mayor Seebirt, Philip Bondursnt, Ed Neddo and Frank J, Anderson met with the Board and discussed the assessment ff benefits and awards of damages on the Opening of William Street, Attest• Clerk of the Boar:.-. Wednesday May 20th.0 1925. Board met in regular session at 7e15 P.M. All members present. Meeting adjourned fvvm offica'of the Board to the Ca mon Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. This being the date set for deferred hearing on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the opening of a street from Colfax Avenue to Lincoln Way West and from Marion Street to Navarre Street, ( known as William Street) under Condemnation Resolution No. 83. . In the above matter a number of property owners appeared,who had signed wtttten remonstrances and a written remonstrance was filed. by R. Isenbarger of 515 Sharrdn Ct.Atty. John Ribberd signed agreement for a thirty per cent reduction in benefits. Atty Bertsch representing Mrs. Mary Meyers agreed to tkke this matter tp,with Mrs. Mvgers and report later. Atty. Frank Gilmer representing -Mrs. Dora J. Staples Look up and discussed written remonstrance but no agreement signed* Atty. A. E. Martin representing Messrs. Mentaras and Csallo discussed written remon- stra_noe but ho agreement signed. Trustees of St. Pauls Evang. Church on La Salle Avenge appeared and remonstrated verbally against a.$600.00 benefits but no written remonstrance was filed. Appraisers Ed Neddo Philip Bondurant and Frank J. Anderson present. After hearing all interested parties present hearing deferred until Wednesday May 27th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. Clerk instructed to notify different parties who had written remonstrances on.filo to appear at various time set on Friday May 22nd.1 1925. at meeting to be held in the office of the Board. • Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of bene- fits in the matter of the Opening of Colfax Avenue from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under Condemnation Resolution No. 88. In the above matter no remonstratofs appeared and no written remonstrance was filed.,_ The Board find that attar hewing all ,interested parties separately anal severally confirm and sustain each assessment of benefit and each award of damages as heretofore made in said proceedings; The Board further confirm and sustain each and every award of dams gas and every assessment of benefits heretofo made and said proceedings ail all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 88 is hereb concluded.
