under Vacation Resolution No. 93 for the Vacation of the alley lying I between lots 13 and
14 in Dunhar's & Colssub. of B. 0, L. 31 and 32 and running from Colfax Avenue to the
first alley south of Chtfax Avenue, in the City of South Bend, I41-iana.
The Board has ordered that notices of such awards of damages and
assessments .of benefi� a served according to lair, and that said hearing he .given
on same on Wednesday �h., 1925'st 7:15 P.M. for the purpose of hearing or
receiving objectionsf any person or persons interested in said latter.
Claims as evidenced by vouchers numbered from to amounting
to $94 6.00_ _

alley between Main and tafsyette. reefs, north of Colfax Ave., protecting the east
side of alley to avoid danger from"excavations,. When construption is under gray a permit
to close the alley may he granted if necessary.

Sample Street. Placed on file.
'Petition for vacation of 1st. alley south of New York Central
Railway right of way from Caroline Street.to 1st; alley east. Approved ind resolution
ordered. _

of sewer outlet emptying into the River on the east side ofand directly across the
River from East Navarre St_. Filed and referred to the City Engineer for information.
Acknowledgement received from the Indiana & Michigan Elea. Co. in re
notice sent for the removal of light posts on Lincoln Way East. Read and approved..

.on Account of the hearing,on Roil of opening of William Street and the number of
interested parties present, meeting adjourned to the Common Council.Chambers
in the City Hall at 7030 P.M.
Hearing had on roll df awards of damages and assessments of benefits
in the matter of Open#ng of a strget from Colfax Avenue to Lincoln Way West and fra
from Marion Street to Navarre Street,. under Condemnation Resolution No. 8_3 (known
as William Street.)

The Board therefore finds that thr-benefits to property liabel to be assessed.
for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolu-
tion is now confirmed. Date for.reoeiving, opening and considering seal proposals
fixed as June 2nd.0 1925 at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof ordered published as re-
quired by law.
