Property owners appeared but no written . remonstrance was filed. After hearing all interested property ownerssaid resolution modified as follows.:- by including within street A strip of land along the west side of Cherry Street, conveyed to the City of South Bend by the Malleable Steel Range Company, also ' modified to • include Sidewalk ere necessary ,on. east side of Cherry Street and as modified hhe Board therefore finds that the benefits to pro=;:erty liable to be. assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolution is now confirmed as modified. Date'for reeeiving,npening and con- sidering proposals fixed as May 26th.9 1925 at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof ordered published as required by law. Pipe sewer on Robinson Street from Lincoln Way -East to New Tork Central R. R. Co. under Improvement Resolution No. 1430. Filed April 15,1925. In the above -stutters no reaenstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, The Board Aberefore find that the property assessed in said rollsfl�ed April-21, 29 th. and 15th.9 1925 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rails, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed April'15th., 21st. and 29th., 1925 and the final estimates allowed April l5th., 219t,9 and 29th.91925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratifie4l confirmed and approved.
